Misty & Chris - Galiano Island Wedding

I had so much fun photographing my dear friend Misty & her new hubby Chris on their wedding day. They are absolutely gorgeous and they are both so photogenic!! We had the most beautiful settings on Galiano Island to do their bridal shoot. It truly was a West Coast wedding destination with ocean bluffs, panoramic ocean views, golden fields, a quaint dockyard, and even an old barn (we know how I love vintage barns!!). The entire wedding had a vintage feel...and the couple brought along the cutest props!! It really was a perfect day!

Misty & Chris - The Ceremony & Reception

Perfect, sweet, charming, BEAUTIFUL...are just a few of the words I will use to describe Chris & Misty's wedding ceremony on Galiano Island on September 10th 2011. The ceremony took place in a small garden at the Galiano Inn & Spa. The entire wedding had a 'home grown' feel with classic charm, and vintage accents. The Groom and his two daughters played the Beatles on their acoustic guitars as they waited for the Bride. Their little son Sebastian was adorable as he rode up the aisle in his radio flyer wagon. Misty walked down a rose petal aisle as Chris seranaded her on his guitar. It was so precious!

The Reception decor was very sweet...with yummy cupcakes, candies, bright flowers, and a Wishes Tree for the couple from the guests. The'love bird' cake topper was the cutest I have ever seen!
